Tour Day 1 – Arrival in Leh:
Arrival on Leh Airport. Meet and greet at the hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. We recommend you to
take complete rest on the first day to enable yourself to acclimatize to the rarefied air at the high
altitude.

Tour Day 2 – Leh – Local Sightseeing:
After breakfast we start our drive on the west side of Leh. We will start our drive to Alchi, 70 Kms west
of Leh. On the way visit the famous Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam
View where Indus & Zanskar River meets.
Hall of Fame – it is a museum constructed and maintained by the Indian army in memory of the brave
soldiers who lost their lives in the Indo-Pak wars, then visit to Spituk Monastery (Kali Mata Temple).
Magnetic Hill – Defying the Law of gravity. This place is close to the Gurudwara Shri Pathar Sahib. It has
been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill
that’s the Believe it or not of Ladakh.
Confluence of Zanskar & Indus – On way to Sham Valley before Nimu village one can have this
magnificent view of two rivers in wed-lock! In seasons they have different colors and flow and wildness.
Gurudwara Pathar Sahab – The Shrine known as Gurudwara Pathar sahib is situated about 25 Kms. Short
of Leh town on the Leh-Srinagar road. Built in the everlasting memory of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji the
great prophet who sanctified the place by his sacred visit during the year 1517 while on his second
missionary tour (2nd Udassi 1515-1518).

Tour Day 3 – Leh – Nubra Valley:
After breakfast at Hotel drive towards Nubra valley via Khardung La pass (18350 feet) by surface passing
thru Horzey & Gangles Village. On arrival in Nubra Valley, drive to diskit, visit Diskit, the HQ town of
Nubra Valley. Driving for 30 Kms takes to Khalsar Bridge. Visit diskit monastery. Further drive from Diskit
to Hunder, you may see a few Double Humped, Hairy and Bactrian Camels

Tour Day 4 – Nubra – Pangong:
After breakfast at Nubra drive toward Pangong Lake. The name Pangong is derived from the Tibetan
word Banggong Co meaning long, narrow, enchanted lake. There is a narrow ramp-like formation of land
that runs into the lake which is a favourite among tourists and photographers. Due to the saltiness in the
water of the lake, there is very less micro-vegetation. There are no fish or other aquatic life in the lake,
except for some small crustaceans. However, numerous ducks and gulls over and on the lake surface can
be spotted in plenty. There are some species of scrub and perennial herbs that grow in the marshes
around the lake. On the way visit Durbuk, Tangste & Lukung.

Tour Day 5 – Pangong – Leh:
After breakfast you will drive back pangong to Leh.
